Custom Orders

If you don’t see the exact product you’re looking for in our showroom or you have a special request, Cox Warehouse can accommodate you. We place custom orders for our customers, for quantity, color, material, and other requirements. Ask our staff for more information.

Delivery

Whether you have a single floor lamp or an entire room full of furniture, our store offers efficient, professional delivery of any item. For homes and businesses, you can count on us to get your items to you when you need them. We always confirm delivery times and schedule appointments that are convenient for you.

Custom or Special Order Item

Custom or Special Orders are items that are not kept in stock and are ordered direct from a manufacturer at the individual request of customers. We cannot exchange, return, or cancel any custom or special order under any circumstances. Delivery dates for special order items are at the sole discretion of the furniture manufacturer. The delivery times are based on their lead times and in most cases can fall between 3-8 weeks. We are not responsible for delays in a customer’s order due to reasons from the manufacturer. This may include transportation related issues, fabric shortages, port delays, etc.

Delivery

At Cox Furniture, we strive to do our very best to make sure that your delivery is made fast and efficiently. Our delivery people are full time, trained and dedicated, employees of Cox Furniture, not a third party or contract service that you may find with other stores. Their objective is purely customer satisfaction. You should expect our delivery staff to complete your delivery the way you want it. Our delivery team will be sure to get your purchase to your home with good care in a timely manner to ensure only the best experience for you.

Returns or Exchanges

Delivered merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances, this includes Furniture, Mattresses, and Foundations. Purchases that have not been delivered may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase for another in-stock item or an in-store credit. Clearance items, items marked AS-IS, scratch and dent, tent sale, or items purchased through a 3rd party finance company may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. All Sales are final and we honor manufacturer’s warranties only.
